Every Warrington sunroom is bespoke to you. There’s no fixed layout or one-size-fits-all approach here — the design is shaped around how you want to use the building and how it needs to sit in your garden.

If you want fully glazed doors and windows with a roof overhang, no problem.
If you’d prefer the glazed doors and windows positioned to one side, with a shed door at the rear for storage or access, that’s no problem either.

All timber used is fully tanalised, providing a 15-year anti-rot protection as standard. This treatment helps protect the building against rot, fungal decay, and insect attack, ensuring long-term performance when installed and maintained correctly.

Even at entry level, our buildings are built properly. The Warrington comes with sturdy 2×2 framing as standard, providing a solid structural base that can be upgraded further if required. We encourage customers to explore the available upgrades to tailor the building to their needs, whether that’s for additional strength, insulation, or longevity.

Light-filled design with classic materials

Externally, you can choose between:

• 12mm Shiplap cladding, for a clean, traditional finish

• 19mm Loglap cladding, for added strength and a more substantial appearance

The Warrington is supplied with a solid specification as standard, including:

• 12mm shiplap roofing, creating a reliable roof structure

• EPDM Rubber Roofing, supplied as standard for weather protection

• tongue & groove flooring, offering a strong, stable floor that feels solid underfoot
