Every Sheringham is built using fully tanalised timber, providing a 15-year anti-rot protection as standard. This treatment helps protect the building against rot, fungal decay, and insect attack, ensuring reliable long-term performance when installed and maintained correctly.

Even our basic models are built properly. The Sheringham comes with sturdy 2×2 framing as standard, providing a solid structural base. A range of upgrades is also available, allowing you to enhance strength, insulation, or specification depending on how you intend to use the building.

Half glazed doors and windows for balanced light

The roof is constructed using 12mm shiplap boards, creating a solid and reliable structure. As standard, the building is supplied with EPDM rubber roofing, offering effective protection from the elements for years to come.

Flooring designed for everyday use

Underfoot, The Sheringham features tongue & groove flooring as standard. This provides a strong, stable floor that feels solid and dependable, far superior to thinner sheet materials often used in lower-quality buildings.
